Carpenter Davies Partnership was formed in 2001 by Ian Carpenter and Gerwyn Davies to provide a comprehensive range of consultancy services in the field of mechanical and electrical building services and environmental engineering, We are now one of the leading building services and BREEAM consultants in Wales and the North West Denbigh and Warrington.

Since our conception, CDP have successfully completed our appointed services on over 5,000 projects covering a diverse array of schemes.

Our client base is extensive with the vast majority of our work being through recommendation and repeat business.  We have been appointed on several framework agreements with various clients, including local authority, heritage organisations, health trusts, regional police authorities and governmental regional and national organisations.
